Email sequence of a personal finance coach

How to create an email sequence of a personal finance coach?

As a coach and owner of your business, it becomes important to ensure that your ideal clients get the opportunity to know, like, and trust you. So that in the end, they become your ideal client.

The most common way that coaches try to build that rapport is through a free coaching session. After that maybe you get that person to sign on as a client.

But then there is a question – How do you get them on the call in the first place to demonstrate that you can actually help them?

The answer to that is to build a deep relationship even before they come onto the free coaching call. So that, by the time they speak with you, they would already know the value you can provide. In this way, they will be more inclined to take up your coaching offer.

You can do that is through a well-crafted email sequence.

A properly crafted email sequence can get your ideal clients excited and enthusiastic about the results you can get for them, even before they get to speak with you.

Let’s take an example of how to create an email sequence of a personal finance coach.

The first email of the sequence

This is an email sequence I have created to just show the email sequences of some financial coaches. Likewise, any email sequence can be created for any type of business or coaching program. Here as you will see there are five emails as a sequence.

You can find all the email sequences here.

  1. The first one is to ensure the subscriber confirms their email. Also through this email you once again briefly show what you actually do.

You can find it here.

The second email

2. The second email is a welcome email that you send to your subscriber welcoming him or her and showing what you care about and showing briefly everything you have done over the years. Side by side you also show some proof showing how your existing subscribers and students have benefitted from your newsletter and your courses. Through this email, you also nudge your subscribers to take an action ( For buying an ebook or your course ).

The third email of the sequence

3. Through your third email you tell your own background story and connect with your subscribers personally. In this way, they can relate with you more and it compels them to take action.

You may find it here.

The fourth email

4. Through your fourth email you go all in. Write to compel your subscribers to take action, to buy your courses. You also create a situation of ‘Fear of missing out’ like a limited-time deal.

The fifth email

5. Through your fifth email you make an announcement of the last chance to register your premium coaching programs.

To get more coaching clients and become the go-to authority in your target market, building a relationship with your ideal clients is crucial. The best way to do that would be through your email sequence. Thus, it’s very important to spend the time to craft a compelling email sequence.

Building a deeper relationship, not only will help you get more clients, but also allow you to impact more lives through your coaching.
